If you’re looking for a long-term solution, our monthly retainers create consistent content that saves you time and scales your brand.
3. How long does editing take? For standard engagements, you’ll receive a curated gallery within 48 hours. Our Prestige clients enjoy same-day teasers and a dedicated retoucher. Remember: Great art can’t be rushed – but we’ve perfected our workflow to deliver both speed and excellence.
4. Can we request specific shots or styles? Absolutely. Every project begins with a creative consultation where we map out your vision. However, we respectfully ask clients to trust our expertise – after all, you’re hiring us for our signature aesthetic. The best results come when we blend your needs with our creative direction.
5. What’s your cancellation policy? We require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your date. Why? Because we turn away other clients to reserve time exclusively for you. For full details, see our contract (which we’re happy to walk through together).
6. Do you travel for shoots? Globally. Our passport is always ready for clients who demand excellence abroad. Travel fees are calculated case-by-case – we’ll handle all logistics so you can focus on the creative vision.
7. How many images will we receive? We deliver quality over quantity. A half-day shoot typically yields 80-120 gallery-worthy images, each meticulously edited. For context, most luxury brands only use 12-15 images per campaign – we ensure every frame earns its place.
8. Can you match this Pinterest mood board? We’ll surpass it. Bring your inspiration, and we’ll elevate it with our signature European elegance. Note: We don’t replicate other artists’ work – we create originals that become your brand’s reference images.
